💰 Refund & Cancellation Policy

At MiniWeb (a service by RealCard), we strive to ensure that our users have a seamless and satisfying experience. As we offer digital services, we have a specific refund and cancellation policy as outlined below.

🔹 1. Service Nature

All services provided on MiniWeb — including digital business cards, mini websites, custom links, and digital branding — are non-tangible and delivered electronically.

Once the service has been activated or delivered, it is considered consumed and is non-refundable.

🔹 2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following limited conditions:

• ❌ If you made duplicate payment accidentally
• ❌ If your service is not activated within 3 business days of payment
• ❌ If a technical issue prevents usage and we’re unable to resolve it

⚠️ Note: Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

• Change of mind after payment
• Incorrect information provided by the user
• User's failure to use the service features

🔹 3. Cancellation Policy

• Once your MiniWeb digital card or mini site is activated, cancellation is not possible.
• If you have not yet submitted the required information (photo, contact, etc.), you can request a cancellation within 24 hours of payment.

🔹 4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund (if eligible), please email us at:

• Your name
• Registered mobile number/email
• Payment date & method
• Reason for refund request

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

🔹 5. Mode of Refund

Refunds (if approved) will be credited to the original payment method (UPI, wallet, bank account, etc.).
