This policy outlines how and when you can expect to receive your digital service.

📦 1. Service Delivery Format

• All MiniWeb services are delivered electronically through your registered email or activated on your MiniWeb account.
• You will receive:
• A digital visiting card link (URL)
• Optional QR code image (if included in your plan)
• Admin access to edit your digital profile or website

🕒 2. Delivery Time

• Your digital card is usually activated within 1–3 business days after successful payment and submission of all required information (photo, name, contact details, etc.).
• Express delivery (within a few hours) may be available for select users or plans.

📥 3. How Will You Receive Your Card?

• Via email and WhatsApp (if provided)
• Link to your MiniWeb digital card (e.g., https://miniweb.realcard.in/yourname)
• Editable access (for future updates)

⚠️ 4. Delays in Delivery

We will inform you in case of any delay due to:

• Incomplete information from your side
• Server issues or technical downtime
• Unusual order volumes during peak seasons

🔁 5. Re-delivery / Corrections

If you find any issue with your delivered card (name, contact, photo), you can request corrections via WhatsApp or email. We allow free edits as per your plan.
